Erste mBanking 4.3.7

Erste mBanking is the mobile banking service offered by Erste Bank that allows you to conveniently and securely perform all your financial transactions using your smartphone. You can authenticate your transactions using either a 4-digit mPIN or biometric identification.

The user-friendly interface makes payments and fund transfers even more effortless. The "Snap and Pay" feature eliminates the need for manual data entry, as you can simply take a photo of the payment slip. All national payments can be conveniently entered on a single screen.

Users can upload invoices from their gallery or scan specific sections of an invoice. They can also review and sign payment orders for national payment files, as well as order statements and invoices for their business accounts, all at significantly lower fees.

For secure access to Erste Bank's e-banking services, users can rely on the mToken feature within the mBanking app. By entering a 4-digit mPIN, users gain control over their own transactions. The mToken feature is free of charge, but requires a valid NetBanking or FonBanking service contract and the subsequent download of the mBanking app.

In addition to the aforementioned features, Erste mBanking also offers:

• Monitoring of balances and transactions across all Erste accounts
• Viewing of all transactions made through mBanking and NetBanking
• Payment of all types of invoices in Croatian Kuna using a general payment slip, as well as fulfilling obligations related to loans and foreign currency transactions
• Reviewing terms and conditions of savings accounts and loans, as well as requesting pre-approved loans
• Checking balances, transactions, and details of credit card accounts
• Reviewing contracted investment funds and placing requests for fund redemption and issuance
• Viewing exchange rates and currency conversions
• Locating the nearest Erste branch or ATM
• Activating the mBanking app directly within the application, without the need to visit a branch
• Viewing and updating personal information

The minimal supported iOS version is 12.0.

The Touch ID functionality requires an iPhone 5s model or newer.
